Step 4: Make Payment

  • Select your payment method (Card, Transfer, or USSD)
  • Enter details and confirm

Form Fee: ₦15,000

Step 5: Confirmation & Receipt

  • Get on-screen confirmation
  • Download/receive PDF receipt
  • SMS or email confirmation (if enabled)

6. Can I edit the form after submission?
No. Please review your details carefully before submitting. You cannot edit after submission.
